Food Matters to Everyone
What’s a Food Hub, you ask? It’s a bridge connecting local food producers to consumers, making our food system stronger, boosting economic opportunities for farmers, and giving communities access to fresh, local products. This study, fueled by ARPA funds, focuses on creating a sustainable South Corvallis Food Hub.
The Project

- Conduct a feasibility study including community input
- Develop potential scenarios informed by the feasibility study
- Identify potential operators for the preferred scenario
- Setup selected operator team for success
